In my portfolio, the Gulp Roast project holds a special place as it epitomizes my journey into coding. Through this project, I meticulously crafted every aspect of the website, solely relying on my own coding abilities. This hands-on approach facilitated a profound understanding of the nuances of HTML and CSS, which are fundamental to web development.
Notably, I adopted a mobile-first design strategy, ensuring that Gulp Roast adapts seamlessly across various platforms and devices. Such responsiveness is pivotal in today’s diverse device landscape, and by ensuring that the website's layout and content are fluid across all screen resolutions, I aimed to provide an optimal user experience.
Additionally, I chose GitHub as the platform for publishing the Gulp Roast website. This decision not only allowed for streamlined hosting but also gave me an opportunity to familiarize myself with version control and the collaborative dimensions of development projects.
